Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support branch financial planning and budget activities.

  • Identify and drive new business growth opportunities.

  • Increase deposit mobilization and product adoption.

  • Achieve sales and cross-selling targets.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

  • Promote digital banking products and channels.

  • Support credit portfolio management and loan quality.

  • Ensure compliance with KYC/AML regulations.

  • Assist with risk management and internal control processes.

  • Collaborate with teams to improve branch performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of B.Sc or HND qualification.

  • At least Second Class Lower or equivalent.

  • Minimum of 1 year banking experience (sales, marketing, or credit-related roles).

  • Good understanding of banking operations and industry trends.

  • Knowledge of customer segmentation and financial products.

  • Professional certifications or postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage.
