Job Description
Key Responsibilities

Support branch financial planning and budget activities.

Identify and drive new business growth opportunities.

Increase deposit mobilization and product adoption.

Achieve sales and cross-selling targets.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Promote digital banking products and channels.

Support credit portfolio management and loan quality.

Ensure compliance with KYC/AML regulations.

Assist with risk management and internal control processes.

Collaborate with teams to improve branch performance.
Requirements

Minimum of B.Sc or HND qualification.
-
At least Second Class Lower or equivalent.

Minimum of 1 year banking experience (sales, marketing, or credit-related roles).

Good understanding of banking operations and industry trends.

Knowledge of customer segmentation and financial products.

Professional certifications or postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage.
