The Story Behind Sproutplex

We saw a gap in Nigeria's job market — and decided to fill it.

Sproutplex was born from a simple observation: job seekers were struggling with outdated listings, poor filtering systems, and overwhelming platforms that made finding the right opportunity feel impossible.

At the same time, employers faced the opposite challenge — reaching qualified candidates felt like searching for a needle in a haystack. The connection between talent and opportunity was broken.
