Job Description
Stanbic IBTC is recruiting Relationship Managers to manage existing client portfolios while onboarding new businesses. This role is central to driving profitability, building strong customer relationships, and supporting small business clients within the commercial banking segment.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow client portfolios through effective relationship management.

Acquire new clients and onboard businesses into Stanbic IBTC’s commercial banking ecosystem.

Identify sales opportunities and cross-sell financial products.

Drive profitability by deepening customer relationships and ensuring retention.

Provide tailored financial solutions to small business clients.
Qualifications
-
Minimum of a First Degree in any field.
Experience Required
-
3–6 years’ experience in sales and relationship management.

Proven ability to drive profitability and build strong client relationships.

Experience in the financial industry, particularly with small business management.
