Key Responsibilities

  • Answering Calls: Handle incoming inquiries and address customer concerns professionally.

  • Providing Information: Share accurate details about services, pricing, and company policies.

  • Data Entry & Assistance: Maintain records of customer interactions and guide clients through processes.

  • Follow-up: Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree (BA / BSc / HND) in a relevant field.

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

  • MUST be fluent in Yoruba Language.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.

  • Good interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.

  • Ability to stay organized and meet deadlines.

  • Multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and related tools.
