Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze activity across Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Telegram

• Track online discourse, trends, and audience sentiment across platforms

• Identify emerging narratives, risks, and relevant conversations in real time

• Generate reports and insights based on social media analytics

• Support content strategy with data-driven recommendations

• Monitor brand or topic mentions and engagement performance

• Flag potential reputational risks or coordinated activity patterns

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve communication and outreach strategies

Key Requirements / Expertise

• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their ecosystems

• Proven experience in social media monitoring, analytics, or digital communications

• Ability to identify trends, patterns, and shifts in online discourse

• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and reporting dashboards

• Strong analytical and research skills

• Excellent written communication and reporting ability

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources

• Interpret data trends and provide actionable insights to management

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and dashboards

• Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and reporting systems

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics

• Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for process improvement
