The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data to support business decisions and improve operational efficiency. The role involves transforming raw data into meaningful insights, preparing reports, identifying trends, and supporting strategic planning through data-driven recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources

• Interpret data trends and provide actionable insights to management

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and dashboards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Data Science, or a related field

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools is an added advantage

• Basic understanding of statistics and data modeling

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Experience selling lending services and merchant POS devices to corporates is a strong advantage (a good network of enterprise merchants is highly valued)

• Strong business acumen and analytical thinking

• Ability to work independently and achieve goals with little or no supervision

• Excellent communication skills
