Job Summary

The Social Media & Graphics Designer will be responsible for producing engaging, high-quality visual content across multiple platforms including Instagram, TikTok, website banners, email campaigns, print materials, and motion graphics.

This role is perfect for a creative professional who is passionate about design, keeps up with the latest social media trends, and consistently brings fresh ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

Content Design & Branding

• Design daily social media content (static posts, carousels, and stories)

• Develop campaign visuals for promotions, events, holidays, and product launches

• Ensure all designs align with brand identity, tone, and visual guidelines

• Create website banners, landing page visuals, pop-ups, and email assets

Motion Graphics & Video Editing

• Produce reels, animated content, and motion graphics

• Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality videos (including captions, transitions, and trending audio)

• Develop reusable animated templates for recurring content

• Create fun, engaging video content tailored to target audiences

Product & Campaign Creative

• Design product showcases, flat-lay visuals, and campaign advertisements

• Collaborate with the marketing team on influencer and user-generated content (UGC) campaigns

• Develop print-ready materials such as posters, invitations, and activity sheets

Brand Consistency

• Maintain a cohesive visual identity across all platforms

• Ensure all creative outputs meet established brand standards

• Work closely with the marketing team and leadership to deliver work on time

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in graphic design or content creation

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or Canva & CapCut

• Strong experience in motion graphics, video editing, and reels creation (required)

• Excellent understanding of colour theory, typography, layout, and digital aesthetics

• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail

• Familiarity with social media trends; experience in parenting/lifestyle content is an advantage

• Strong creative thinking and ability to work independently

• A portfolio showcasing relevant design and video work
