Job Description

Air Peace Limited is inviting applications from qualified professionals to join its Operations Control Centre (OCC) team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring safe, efficient, and fully compliant flight operations across multiple destinations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and monitor operational and ATS flight plans

  • Assess weather and operational conditions to optimize routes and fuel usage

  • Maintain continuous flight watch and provide operational oversight

  • Collaborate with pilots, maintenance teams, and airport authorities

  • Manage irregular operations such as delays, diversions, and emergencies

  • Ensure strict compliance with NCAA and ICAO regulations

  • Contribute to overall safe and efficient airline operations

Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND or equivalent qualification

  • Valid NCAA Flight Dispatcher License

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a licensed Flight Dispatcher

  • Strong knowledge of weather analysis and flight planning systems

  • Solid understanding of NCAA regulations and ICAO standards

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and aviation-related tools

  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills

  • Ability to thrive in a 24/7 operational environment
